EPIC Application Analytics Developer I
Job Summary:
Collaborates with a multidisciplinary agile team to build high quality data products as part of driving analytical solutions. Generates insights from the organization's connected data, enabling the advancement of data-driven decision-making capabilities of the enterprise.
Job Requirements:
Education and Work Experience:
- Associate's/Technical Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Required
- Bachelor's Degree in computer science, business analytics, management information systems or data science or other related field or equivalent work experience: Preferred
- Experience with various Business Intelligence and other analytic reporting software applications: Preferred
- Prior experience providing production level support and/or development in business intelligence (BI)/enterprise data warehouse (EDW) environments: Preferred
Licenses/Certifications:
- Certified in Epic Revenue Data Model
Essential Functions:
- Works at intermediate level user of technical tools for the role. Uses proven SQL coding experience. Delivers data warehouse and analytic solutions by writing ETL packages, developing visualizations, and performing data and statistical analyses.
- Develops metadata for structure in the enterprise data warehouse (EDW). Performs and coordinates simple to complex projects with minimal direction.
- Collaborates as a member of a self-organizing team, in which bundles of work are scheduled, designed, built and delivered on a defined schedule. Communicates with teammates clearly and at the right times and is ready to give and receive help to ensure the team's overall success.
- Uses experience to excel in a matrixed environment, both as a member of a team with shared functional skills and as a member of time-delimited multidisciplinary project teams spinning up as needed and dissolving upon project completion. Maintains a service-oriented approach with customers, providing follow up and responding to issues/concerns in a timely manner. Answers staff and client questions in person, via email and via phone.
- Provides after-hours on-call support on a scheduled basis. Travels as needed on site to provide support during go-live events and other work-related occasions
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
The estimated base pay for this position is $81,273 to $121,909.
